JUSTIN
Justin Garcia is an Emmy award-winning content creator with a passion for great storytelling and compelling characters, regardless of the medium.
During his highschool and college years, Justin published multiple animated shorts on his Budgess Man YouTube channel, where he created Scary Cotton, Dev Dragon, and a popular Blue's Clues parody called Kip's Tips. In 2016, Justin officially founded Budgess Man Entertainment as an independent content creation brand, creating original, all-ages content to watch, read, and play.
In 2020, Justin began working full-time as showrunner for GizmoGO!, an animated/live-action hybrid series he co-created.
