Terrance is an Emmy award-winning, live-action romantic comedy short.

Toward the end of my college career, I was asked by my good friend Raquel M. Sangalang to write and direct her senior thesis film.

Live-action rom-coms had been not my typical fare at that point, but I was excited by the challenge of pushing the genre and bringing what I call a "visual hook." In this case, a guy on a date with a tiger sports mascot.

The development and production of Terrance were an absolute dream to work on, with both Raquel and the incredible team she assembled. And the dream didn't stop there...

In 2016, Terrance won 1st Place in Comedy at the College Television Awards (Student Emmys) in Los Angeles.
